Business Developer – Account Executive 🎉

Relewise is an Aarhus-based SaaS start-up with a personalization and search platform used by e-commerce and marketing managers to provide better CX and increase sales and conversion rates. 

With network and canvas sales, we have confirmed our product-market fit, and our platform is today used by several major Danish and a few Scandinavian customers, such as Coop, Søstrene Grene, Whiteaway, and Liewood.

However, our ambitions go much further inside and outside the country’s borders. We are now looking for a Business Developer and Account Executive to join our team and further strengthen our sales efforts.

Your role:

As Business Developer and Account Executive, you will be a central sparring partner in initiating the development of the customer’s digital business, and you will be tasked with creating and maintaining the relationship.

You can, if you want, become a co-creator of your future role as we continue to grow and develop and have international ambitions. 

Your typical task:

  • Structured outreach with potential customers over the phone, via email, networking events, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct meeting booking with potential customers
  • Preparation of offers, contracts, and subscription agreements
  • Pipeline building and maintenance
  • Ongoing collaboration and coordination with marketing, product development, and delivery teams

Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience as a Business Developer or a similar position in pre-sales, customer relations, etc.
  • You have a solid business understanding and a strategic mindset to draw upon when you book the first meeting with the customer
  • You have the desire to reach new customers while understanding the importance of customer relationships
  • It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience in digital business development and e-commerce  – the most important thing for us is your skills in stakeholder management
  • You are structured in both your everyday work life and your approach to entering into dialogue with potential customers

We expect you to have knowledge of or experience in the following areas:

  • Outreach and relationship sales
  • Experience with outreach at the decision-making level
  • Consultancy services and/or software sales
  • Furthermore, you communicate fluently in Danish and English

About Relewise:

Since our founding in 2020, we have spent a lot of time refining our products and onboarding our first customers. We have now proven product-market fit with more than 50 customers and experience a great interest in our platform from both customers and partners. 

We are currently 8 full-time employees at our office in Aarhus. The position is full-time and offers flexible working hours and the possibility of remote days. 

The salary will be based on seniority and qualifications.
