The Partner Manager role at Relewise has many different angles to it. Reporting to Head of Sales you will be an important part of the Sales Team. Relewise is characterized by having a very mature market in Denmark. On top of that we are proactively seeking to build more business in Benelux, UKI and Nordics (SE, NO, FI). The role we are looking to fill must be able to balance both. In many ways a Partner Manager at Relewise needs to translate and communicate the Relewise business and GTM model to partners and translate/communicate the partner’s business to Relewise.
The general tasks that we need you to focus on is to build and execute a partner strategy where we focus on how to build business with the partner channel, whilst not forgetting our core values and who we are. An important aspect will be to create an Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) from our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Denmark:
Support the Danish Regional Manager in managing our already existing partner base in Denmark. This involves working strategically with our partners to create joint GTM and Marketing Strategies, oversee the joint pipeline and to help Relewise be the number one partner for all our implementation partners when it comes to Personalization in Search and Recommendations.Benelux, UKI and rest of Nordics
Relewise already have people on the ground in these regions. The first focus for them has been to start building a network of 5-10 Implementation Partners that can help bring us business and implement our solutions within our ICP. In these regions your job will mostly be remote executing the partner strategy through the local team.Future regions:
You will also have an important role to play in developing new regions for Relewise. You could in the future be tasked with getting 5 IPP partners signed up in a region where we do not yet have a presence. Only to lose that region once we have traction and can get people on the ground.
Technology Partnerships
Relewise is also dipping its toes into Technology Partnerships very carefully. We are slowly building more and more integrations with relevant adjacent technologies such as E-commerce technology providers and others. Together with the Head of Sales you will be responsible for building a strategy and managing those relationships to generate more awareness and pipeline. You will have to build a business case for every integration to make sure we only invest where we see potential revenue.
List of key responsibilities:
- Source pipeline from the partner network that is converted into closed deals and long-term customer relationships.
- Sign and onboard new partners by facilitating brand alignment, sales enablement, developer training, and product familiarization
- Define co-marketing strategies and deliver marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline activities
- Manage the partner acquisition pipeline and collaborate closely with Sales on the joint pipeline
- Create a Partner strategy for both Implementation Partners and Technology Partners.
You will most likely, but not necessarily, work from one of the regions where we already have a footprint. You can work from our only office in Aarhus or remotely. Most day-to-day tasks are expected to be performed remotely, with some travel required for major meetings and events.
About Relewise:
Founded in 2020, we have spent much time refining our products and onboarding our first customers. We now have proven customer/market-fit with 100+ customers and experience considerable interest from customers and partners in our platform. Therefore, we are looking to further increase the development speed of our platform and the onboarding process of new customers.
We are currently 25 full-time people – most working from our office in Aarhus – but we also have remote colleagues working from elsewhere in Denmark, UK, The Netherlands, Sweden, and Ukraine! The position is full-time and offers flexible working hours as well as remote days. Salary will be based on qualifications.
